COMPANY TO THE
HEART OF EUROPE.
The former fishing village Frankfurt-Fechenheim within the meandering main river was first mentioned in a document in 977. On April 1, 1928, Frankfurt incorporated the surrounding village. The increasing industrialization at the beginning of the 20th century let Fechenheim grow drastically. Today, Frankfurt-Fechenheim offers its visitors a mixture of an idyllic center, post-war settlements and huge industrial plants.
The area of the former headquarters of German mail-order company Neckermann is part of this mix, a multi-perspectivity which synonymously Hanauer Landstrasse with its house number 360 and its „thinking in 360 degrees“ stands for. The venue offers convincing overall perspectives as an international logistics, trade and office center – the 360 degrees approach also embodies Frankfurt’s central geographic position. In terms of traffic, Frankfurt is situated right in the middle of Germany and Europe, endowed with motorways, railway lines and one of the world’s key air hubs, in short: a logistics base at its best. And a location which is ideally suited to become a new drawcard with an outstanding profile also beyond the actual area – a place where people like to gather and to meet.
With its name, OSWE Real Estate not only is a link between East and West, even more, with its claim “Trade connected“ it stands for the integration of office, storage and trade areas at an outstanding location.
